2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must:

* Provide photos of the damage and packaging

We will review the issue and, at our discretion, may:

We do not guarantee refunds in these situations.

* Any visible damage must be noted with the delivery carrier at the time of receipt
